THE BRIEF:
A long long time ago, in a venue not so far away... Nick Makoha brought his then scratch show "My Father and Other Superheroes" to mac, Birmingham to turn it into a tour. Being involved from the beginning is our story with My Father & Other Superheroes. Designed and directed by Benji Reid, we were invited into early rehearsals to enable a show that was simple, effective and easily toured.
"Chris was on hand to help and his professionalism and willingness to solve problems both artistically and technical quickly made it obvious to me we had to make him part of the team." said Nick of this important time in the show's progression.
Since then we have taken it all over the country and into Europe, maximising on a design that was made to go on a plane, train or the back of a car.
"Most important of all he helps me to keep the integrity of the show alive. This is important to an artist like me to have that continual support and security. I would say that is why the show is still touring to date. Chris & acquismedia are a vey important part of the puzzle." Nick commenting on the now 5 year touring relationship we have.
I definitely want to work with his team agin, they are the real life Mr & Ms Gadgets.
